Capital Improvement - South Coast Plaza Main Floor Renovation

As part of Bloomingdale's capital improvement budget, South Coast Plaza was green-lit for a main floor renovation at one of their top performing locations in Southern California. The renovation includes a complete remodel of the Center Core Collection - Fine Jewelry, Handbags, Fragrances, Women's Shoes, Men's Shoes, and Men's Accessories. This completely new concept also includes thoughtfully designed private viewing rooms within the Fine Jewelry department and a new Women's Shoe Salon to showcase top luxury shoe vendors. While partnering with local millwork fabricators as well as the internal Bloomingdale's visual design team, the renovation incorporates redesigned fine jewelry showcases and perimeter fixtures to improve the shopping experience for their high end clientele.
