ATLANTIC CITY MULTI-FAMILY YIELD STUDY|ATLANTIC CITY, NJ

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ATLANTIC CITY OCEANFRONT MULTI-FAMILY YEILD STUDY

As part of a yield study for a vacant beachfront lot in Atlantic City, NJ, Pulte Homes requested an architectural package and yield study, taking into consideration the required setbacks, height limitations, and exploration of the architectural aesthetic as it fits into the context of the existing neighborhood. As a result, the yield study was able to generate 409 units, ranging in size from 1,200 SF - 1900 SF. The breakdown provided a mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom dwelling units. In addition, the ground floor was able to yield a total of 257 parking spaces, 93 single spaces and 82 tandem (164 spaces).
