Dante Sandoli led the team at Interior Architects to oversee the design and construction of a 40,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-out space for a financial service client's Washington, DC office. The fit-out included occupying two full floors in addition to a partial lower floor. An opening was created in the post-tension concrete slab to allow for a public facing interconnecting staircase. Tailored finishes and millwork concepts were developed while still maintaining the company's workplace standards. The completed fit-out includes 160 workstations, 91 private offices, a multi-purpose training room, conference & meeting rooms, and a centralized pantry with custom fabricated seating off the main floor lobby entrance.
