The renovation and expansion of Temple University's Pearson & McGonigle Hall connected two existing facilities with a 12,000 sq. ft. retail space, a 140,000 sq. ft. third floor structure bridging both facilities, a 15,000 sq. ft. glass-enclosed mezzanine, and a rock-climbing wall along Broad Street. The existing facilities, at 225,000 sq. ft., were renovated alongside the expansion. Program elements include new basketball courts, classroom spaces, and weight training facilities.
