The owners of this 1964 3-Bedroom home in Copake, NY wanted to create a new addition with formal entry to their lakeside residence. The new entry allowed for a reconfiguration of the upper floor to provide additional program spaces, including an office space connecting a centralized hallway to a sitting area overlooking the lake. The new entry was also able to utilize the existing stairs to connect the upper floor with the lower floor living spaces through the centralized hallway. The lower level features a new laundry area and kitchenette with direct access to the rear patio and waterfront. New radiant heat flooring and updated fixtures & finishes were provided throughout both floors.
