As an expansion to this financial client's existing corporate location, Dante Sandoli led the effort in design and construction for the company's wealth & investment management department. The 18,000 sq. ft. expansion includes premium suites dedicated to high volume clients, private offices, and open workstations. The existing interconnected staircase was updated with finishes and featured millwork elements. As part of the client service experience, a client zone off the reception was created, containing a centralized lounge, conference & meeting rooms, and pantry.
