In what was once a warehouse district in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore, MD, this mixed-use infill apartment complex includes 153 apartment units, 5,000 Sq. Ft. ground floor retail, and a partially wrapped 247 space parking structure. Amenities are included within the ground floor courtyard as well as rooftop amenities for the residents. The 5-story complex consists of a concrete podium with 4 stories of wood framed construction above.
