Oceanfront Condominium Community

North Beach at Asbury Park has been an integral part of the wave of redevelopment currently reshaping this beach community. The condominium complex is developed over the entire oceanfront block and consists of a lower level parking structure. Three distinct towers varying in height from three to eight stories rise up from the block, creating a different sense of architecture while physically maintaining as one complete structure. There are 140 condos with 17 stacked townhouses at street level as well as along the top two stories. There are several amenities for the residents, including a courtyard level with pool, lounge space, a fitness center, and rooftop terrace.
