Waterfront Warehouse Conversion into Apartments

Along what was once an industrial waterfront of the Delaware River outside of Center City, Philadelphia, these two adjoining early 20th Century warehouses were converted into apartments with first floor retail and parking. Building 1, located on Brown Street, contains 126 apartment units and Building 2, located on Delaware Avenue, contains 66 apartment units. There are outdoor parking spaces and loading docks located along the retail level as well as indoor parking for residents located in the lower levels of each building.
